Rhody Fresh Orange Smoothie
Makes 4 servings, 4 ounces of milk per serving.
Ingredients
2 cups Rhody Fresh fat free or lowfat milk
1 6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 to 6 ice cubes
Directions
In a blender combine milk, orange juice concentrate, powered sugar and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes one at a time, through open lid; blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately. Garnish with your favorite fruit slices. Yields 1 quart. This shake can also be poured into freezer-pop containers for a dreamsicle snack.
